Wedding guests who are invited to stay on site by the bride and groom pay for their own lodging as they would for any destination wedding. The best part is that they get a great rate of $99 per night/per person which includes breakfast, lunch, food and drink for their entire stay. Plus, they get exclusive access to our beautiful 24 acre property which includes indoor/outdoor seating, gardens, orchards, stocked fire pits, lawn games, multiple decks, Green Room amenities including a 65” Smart TV and our ever-popular outdoor kitchen and patio. Zion Springs is the only all-inclusive wedding venue that can give you a realistic budget that reflects the TOTAL cost of your wedding down to the dollar! Because we deliver your best day ever under one roof, with one dream team, we can tell you the cost of EVERYTHING including photography, flowers, catering, bar services, staffing, tables and chairs, forks and knives, decorations and much more.

Yes! We designed a few one-day packages that can fit any wedding size or budget. These packages include our Best One Day and Minimony wedding options. Your One Day wedding can be held on a Friday or Saturday and includes everything you’ll need for your wedding including a great dance party. The Minimony wedding is for brides and grooms who want a small, intimate gathering at a reduced budget and can be held on a Wednesday. Many venues require that you use outside vendors for catering which can be expensive due to extra fees and costs for transportation, staffing, stemware, flatware and staffing. To keep costs down and to craft amazing food that your guests will not forget, we have our own on-premise commercial kitchen that is run by our Zion Springs chef manager and culinary staff. Amazing bartenders and serving staff are included as well as stemware, flatware, tables/chairs and decorations. We have a full food/bar menu you can choose from and you’ll be invited to a tasting to decide your own rehearsal dinner, wedding reception and cocktails/mocktails menu for you and your guests. The best way to bring down the cost of your wedding is to keep an eye on your number of guests. Since food/bar services are calculated on a per guest basis, reducing your guest list no matter what venue you choose is the easiest way to reduce your overall cost. Our essential services package carries one flat rate to deliver EVERYTHING you’ll need for your wedding. For some packages, you can select or unselect add-on options. Everything! You’ll work with our design team who will ask you specific questions about what would make your vision come true for your wedding. Every wedding at Zion Springs is unique and special. We ask you want your best day ever to look like, what you want to remember, what traditions you may want to include (and more!) and work backwards to make sure that we bring that vision to life… all delivered by our own Zion Springs dream team.

We used to allow couples to bring their own photographers! We quickly learned that brand new vendors to the property often did not know the best spots for photos, sometimes did not bring the right equipment, ran out their batteries and too many times missed prime photo opportunities because they didn’t fully know about our 24 acre property, lighting changes and the order of events. That’s why we have a full time in-house studio team run by the best photographers and videographers in the area. They have done over 100 weddings together at Zion Springs and know how to get you amazing photos that you’ll have for you and your family for decades to come. You can! We have weddings all year round. While you may think that couples need an indoor space for a winter wedding, you’ll be surprised to know that they choose our outdoor space even in the winter. That said, we also do winter wedding indoors in our beautiful barn. We’re able to transform the space for your ceremony and reception in a matter of minutes! Snow? No problem. We used to allow live bands! But since we had some that had several equipment malfunctions that, for example, missed a couple’s first dance song, we said, “No more!”. We want nothing less than the perfect experience for your wedding with no glitches, mistakes or mishaps!

Our DJ/Entertainment Director will ask you for your playlists of your favorite music for the entire day or weekend of your wedding and will make sure they are played at the right time and for the right moment. Your Event Director will have every moment planned on the project plan so that your music is teed up according to your specifications.

More importantly, when your guests hear music that is familiar to them, it creates a synergy and energy everyone can feel and respond to for the entire time they are at Zion Springs. If you need help curating playlists, our Entertainment Director can help you create one that matches your style and vibe!

One exception we do make is if a bride or groom would like live music during their ceremony and/or pre-ceremony mixer. We have referrals for chamber music options and other talented musicians, if you would like to contact them.

Since we handle your invitations and RSVP’s, we are able to collect information from guests about their dietary restrictions, allergies or food aversions. Our culinary staff is able to provide alternatives and selections to accommodate your guests no matter their needs. We even had a wedding that was completely gluten-free! You will be able to consult with our culinary staff at your tasting to discuss menu options.
